Having premiered their new single ‘Big Night Out’ on triple J with Linda Marigliano on Tuesday, Butterfingers are officially back and have released the new single today!
The new single ‘Big Night Out‘ is the surprisingly upbeat summer anthem that details the tragic yet true events of lead singer Evil Eddie’s night on the town that left him hidden and physically trapped in a back alley with a broken spine.
The crew is heading out on a national tour to celebrate the release and will be hitting up Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with the latter already SOLD OUT.
As if that wasn’t enough good news, Butterfingers are excited to announce their new signing to national booking agency New World Artists with agent Dominic Miller commenting “I’ve been a Butterfingers and Evil Eddie fan since the day I first heard ‘I Love Work’ on triple j. They’re one of my favourite live acts and know how to get a party started better than most bands in the country. After hearing some of the new material, we at New World Artists are beyond excited for what’s next for Butterfingers.”
It may have been a while between drinks but Butterfingers are back to stay and will be infecting your radio waves and live stages for a while to come.
