Millington To Release Debut Single ‘Being’ EP

Melbourne-via-UK singer-songwriter Millington swept through the Internet with his fascinating video for debut single ‘Being’ at the end of 2016 (which has chalked up over 120K views on Vimeo), the folkster has now gifted us the second single ‘Spark In The Dust’ taken from forthcoming debut EP Being due for release via Ditto on January 21, 2017.

In between travelling and playing shows Millington spent his spare time writing and recording his debut EP Being, with Joe Hammond (Hudson and Troop, Jen Cloher, Hello Satellites, Manny Fox) at Pots and Pans Studio, Melbourne and Aria award winning producer Pip Norman (TZU, Urthboy, Dan Sultan) at Meliodora Studios Melbourne.

Millington’s words are poetry and vibrantly rhythmical whilst the music is fascinating and charms you with its deep soulful pop textures. It grooves and gets your body and soul moving, with a positive frequency, a pulse that takes you willingly along for the ride.
