Wild Words – July
Darwin’s monthly poetry/spoken word event is happening again on the last Sunday of the month at Lucky Bat Café.
July’s theme, carried over from June, is ‘Getting there.’ As the cliché goes, journeys are all about what happens along the way, whether they be literal, internal or metaphorical journeys. What do we do when we come to a fork in the road? Who do we meet along the way? Is it even important that we ‘arrive’? Explore these questions with an afternoon of sparkling verbiage from the Territory’s most brazen wordsmiths. All welcome!
